August 2015 - 2nd National Fishing Month event at Cassiobury Farm & Fishery
The second of our National Fishing Month events at Cassiobury Farm and Fishery was held on 15th August and what a great day it proved to be. August 2015 - Come to our National Fishing Month Event - 15th August

July 2015 - 30th Abingdon Scouts Take their Level 1 CAST Course

July 2015 - End of Another School Year
The end of another school year saw our programmes draw to their conclusion this week. Congratulations to the students on our 6 week Sportivate course as part of the Dacorum Angling Project. July 2015 - Inter Schools Final
Great day helping out on the Hertfordshire & Middlesex Angling Development 2015 Inter Schools Coarse Match Final held at Rib Valley. To make sure there was a level playing field for all this competition was fished in teams of 4, split into 2 pairs, only equipment which could be used was the 4m whips provided. Quiet start to the morning with KS4 as only 1 student, bit of a mix up with the others thinking that there were no more sessions before the summer hols and also Max unable to attend as he broke his leg yesterday (best wishes for a speedy recovery). June 2015 - Heat 2 of Herts & Middlesex Inter-Schools Coarse Competition
Enjoyable day helping out at heat 2 of the inter schools coarse match hosted by Hertfordshire and Middlesex Angling Development. Competition was held at Lock 6 Dobbs Weir over 16 pegs fished in pairs. Plenty of fish and a lovely variety of species. Congratulations to The John Warner school who finished joint first with two of their three teams! Looking forward to helping out again at the Final in Rib Valley in a few weeks.

June 2015 - Morning session with KS4
Morning Session with Key Stage 4 fishing was a little slow to start off with but the bait mixture of corn, micro pellet and fishmeal ground bait we soon started to see the fish making some mistakes.
