July 2016 - Zain passes Cast Level 1

 Congratulations to Zain who sat his final session for CAST Level 1 yesterday, meeting all the requirements with flying colours. The main targets for the session were all about working independently from the Coach, so things such as timing of the strike, playing and landing fish.  Cant believe that we have reached the end of another school year. Last session with Isiah and Charlotte till September. Isiah landing this cracking heavy scaled mirror and Charlotte bagging another Tench were the best two fish of the day. July 2016 - Heat slows down the fishing

 A tough day on the lake this week. Isiah fished the morning whilst Charlotte and Maisie helped out with the animals. Good result for Isiah with another mirror carp gracing the bank. It was Micky who suffered the most when he joined the afternoon session, as the humidity continued to rise the majority of fish were simply not in the mood, occasional skimmers, perch and silvers were to be had and he did well to maintain his concentration throughout.
