July 2016 - Zain passes Cast Level 1
Congratulations to Zain who sat his final session for CAST Level 1 yesterday, meeting all the requirements with flying colours. The main targets for the session were all about working independently from the Coach, so things such as timing of the strike, playing and landing fish. Carpdell Lake provided the perfect test as we honed in on the Tench who really put his whip rod through its paces. He went on to catch large numbers of hard fighting fish and is now the proud owner of his first rod in the form of a 4m whip, so get out there Zain and we will catch up with you when its time to take on CAST level 2.
