Augst 2014 - NFM Events at Feildes Weir
Was great to be back at Feildes Lock yesterday for our NFM event, Sweltering conditions but we were fortunate that the Roach, Perch, Gudgeon and Bleak were still up for a nibble so plenty of action on the whip rods to keep everyone entertained! Congratulations to the six students from Hailey Hall School who came down with their teachers Ricky & Paul, they all worked so well, both individually and as a team, we were able to award them with CAST Awards starter certificates. Was also great to catch up with Yasmine who we haven't seen for two years now, and once again congratulations on your new job, we are really pleased for you! Finally our thanks to John, Jill & Steve from Feildes Fun for their assistance and keeping us well oiled with refreshments & biscuits! Two more sessions to follow on the 13th & 20th August.
