June 2014 - Congratulations Mike Heylin OBE
Delighted to hear that Mike Heylin has deservedly been recognised for his contribution to Angling, by being awarded an OBE in today's Honours list. Back when we first started coaching, it was Mike that loaned us the tackle required for our first ever group session, ever since we have been proud to work alongside Mike on the Dacorum Angling Project, open Days at Boxmoor and District and various events for Hertfordshire Angling Development. Congratulations Mike from us all, really couldn't have gone to a nicer guy, who is genuinely committed to the development of our sport.
