March 2014 - Lifelines Challenge Shield - Victory for Barrie
Prior to the Easter Break it was competition time for the Lifelines Challenge Shield. For this season the lads chose a different format and rules. Competition was made of 3 separate matches on Whip, Waggler and Feeder Rods, just to mix it up a bit more it was also run as a pairs match with each entrant being paired with a coach. Congratulations to Barrie who after twice being runner up finally got his name onto the shield. Barrie was also rewarded with a Daiwa Rod and Reel. Pressure is on Barrie now to be the first person to ever succsessfully defend this title, the summer match is only 10 weeks away...better get practicing with your new kit!
