September 2011 - Congratulations John Castle
From all at W.A.C. a huge congratulations to John Castle (On the left in the picture) who deservedly colleted a Chairmans award at the Audentior Awards ceremony held at Watford Colosseum on 19th August. The award was given in recognition of Johns 50 years of tireless service to The Watford Piscators Angling Club. John was without doubt the main driver for getting us all involved in angling tuition and we are all proud to count him as a teasured friend. John may have retired from his position at WP but is still heavily involved in the promotion of angling and development of our sport and we at WAC will always be on hand to help wherever we can. Well done John, we know its an old saying and often loosely used but in all honesty, it really couldnt have gone to a nicer bloke.
