October 2014 - Week 3, Sportivate CAST - Watford

Week 3 of the CAST programme in Watford. This week the classroom sessions was all about staying safe, from swim selection to Weils Disease. We were still able to get bankside with 90 mins left, fish are in full autumn feeding mode at the moment, so we were all kept busy checking on netting, unhooking correct identification, weighing and cameraman duties!! Well don't to all, well on track to meet your CAST level 1 certification!
