September 2014 - 1st Rickmansworth Scouts Match
To the unique sound of Air Raid Sirens (sure that confused a few of the locals!) The 1st Rickmansworth Scouts Match was held at Elms Lake on Sunday 14th! A fantastic Event hosted by The Elms Angling Society. With the vast majority of Scouts never having fished before we relished in the challenge of teaching the basics and getting everyone catching. Ably assisted by members of Elms Angling Society we set out to achieve just that and ensured that every entrant caught...mission accomplished! The five hour match just flew by, and special congratulations go to Sam who won the overall match and largest fish category, closely followed by Matthew in second and Amy in Third. The final category of most fish was won by Pranav.
